Nancy and Bobby Ellis |
Nancy Carol Williams was born on September 20, 1946. She received undergraduate
and graduate degrees in early childhood education and library science
from East Carolina University. She has taught and served as a media
specialist in the Nash-Rocky Mount School System.
She married Bobby Ray Ellis of Rocky Mount in 1968. Bobby taught physical education in the Rocky Mount public schools.
They are the parents of two daughters, Amy Leigh Ellis and Lisa Carol Ellis.

Amy Leigh Ellis was born on June 14, 1973. She received a BA in sociology from North Carolina Wesleyan College and a Master of Library Science [MLS] from East Carolina University. She is employed as a media specialist with the Nash County School System.

Lisa Ellis Noble
Lisa Ellis Noble was born on December 13, 1974. Lisa is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a BA in pyschology and an MA in nursing from UNC as well. She is employed as a nurse at Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill. She married Sean Noble on September 12, 2009.
